The aim was to convey Faraway Land's message through imagery, focusing on the human value, appeal and essence of the project. Bea Jiménez contacted us after watching our first documentary, "Filming to Destiny", to tell us about her experience in Athens in 2016 and the need to show the reality of refugees. She wanted to highlight how, beyond the statistics, we all share the same need to be welcomed, loved and accompanied.
Since he was a child, Fran has suffered from Friedreich's ataxia; a degenerative disease of the cerebellum that causes it to progressively lose stability, balance and strength in the limbs. Over time she ended up in a wheelchair and is currently very dependent, since she cannot even stand up. But the most fascinating thing about Fran is the passion and joy with which she lives her life despite the difficult circumstances she is going through, and how she spreads that joy to the multitude of people who pass through her life.
The beginning of adauge .
Our first documentary, "Rolling to Destiny", marked the beginning of adauge in the professional world. Telling the life of Francisco Javier González Candela taught us the power of a true story. The film was screened in theaters in Europe and the USA, inspiring our passion for communicating valuable stories. Fran's life gave us a unique perspective, showing us how to face difficulties with intensity and a desire for greatness. We do not seek to generate compassion or awareness, but to understand their happiness and the impact on those around them. We hope that her story inspires and helps others in similar situations, showing that we can all find happiness through our experiences.
Marcos Pou was a young Catholic from Barcelona. At the age of 23, shortly after entering the Conciliar Seminary of Barcelona, he died in a traffic accident. His life is a witness that in the encounter and following of Christ, life becomes extraordinary.
His story is a living example that in faithful following of Jesus and the Church, life becomes truer, fuller and more beautiful.
That is why the main impetus that moves the Association today is to make the message of the Gospel known to the whole world – believers and non-believers – through the witness of their life of faith.
The association of friends of Marcos Pou was born with the intention of spreading the message of the Gospel through the story of Marcos to the whole world, after family, friends and colleagues have seen his life truly impacted as a result of their testimony of life of faith and experience with him. To do this, they needed a simple and elegant website, which was easy and intuitive for the user.
With this slogan, we designed and developed a website that met the requested requirements and that allows the user to know more about Marcos' story, about his documentary, collaborate and even become friends with the association if he wishes.
