The challenge

The challenge was to capture the artistic essence of the documentary while maintaining visual and technical coherence with the standards of A Contracorriente Films, creating an emotional, aesthetic and optimized website that balanced art, communication and technology.
The main challenge for ADAUGE to create the website for the presentation of the documentary La guitarra flamenca by Yerai Cortés was to combine the artistic identity of the project with the technical and brand requirements of its distributor, A Contracorriente Films. On the one hand, it was necessary to reflect the intimate and visually powerful nature of a documentary film focused on the flamenco guitar – a cultural and artistic product – but at the same time to maintain coherence with the standards of quality and digital communication of a large-scale film production company. This involved designing a digital experience that was aesthetically elegant, light and emotional, optimized both for speed, SEO indexability and multimedia compatibility, as well as for integrating high-resolution audiovisual material (trailers, image gallery, press, etc.).
